Submission

There are two separate tracks: paper submission and abstract submission. Please follow the instruction to submit your work.

1. Paper submission

Papers that describe original, unpublished work should be submitted through EasyChair Conference System. When submitting a paper, authors will be asked to select preferred journals. Authors need to prepare manuscripts in the format of the corresponding journal that they prefer. Although we try our best to accommodate authors’ preferences, there is no guarantee that every accepted paper will be published in authors’ preferred journals. We will contact individual authors in that case.

2. Abstract Submission (For consideration of oral and poster presentations)

Abstract submitted to the conference should be formatted using the template that can be downloaded from Abstract Template. The abstract body should be no more than 400 words. We welcome submission of highlight papers that have been recently published or accepted for publication. In this case, the abstract should include a complete reference to the published paper. A group of experts will evaluate the submissions and select the papers to be presented orally or as a poster. To Submit an Abstract, please follow this link Abstract Submission. This opens Easy chair website, follow the Submission Link provided on that page. After log-in user can select the Abstract track for abstract submission.

Papre revision

Accpeted papers should follow journal-specific guidelines when preparing the revised manuscript. Generally speaking, BMC papers will still be submitted from the easychair website (please follow the Template and presubmission checklist and license), but other journals need to be submitted from journal's own submission website. Detailed instructions will be emailed to the corresponding authors.
