---Update June 25, 2020---
The portal for manuscript re-submission have been set up. To ensure timely publication, the submission deadline is July 16, 2020. Please note that unlike previous ICIBM conferences, we will use publisher's own editorial manager website to collect revised manuscript for review and approval of publication.
The contact information for special issue editors are: BMC Bioinformatics (Yan Guo, YaGuo@salud.unm.edu), BMC Genomics (Wei Zhang, wzhang.cs@ucf.edu), BMC Medical Genomics (Xinghua Mindy Shi, mindyshi@temple.edu), BMC Medical Informatics and Decision Making (Li Shen, li.shen@pennmedicine.upenn.edu), Genes (Yan Guo, YaGuo@salud.unm.edu), QB (Kai Wang, kaichop@gmail.com).
- For submission of revised manuscript to special issue of BMC Genomics, BMC Bioinformatics, BMC Medical Genomics, BMC Medical Informatics and Decision Making, use this link. In the top left corner, authors will see text that says ‘Submit a manuscript,’ which will then take you through the steps to submission. Please select “BMC Supplements Reviewed” (Article Type Selection) and then choose the Submission Flag Name “ICIBM 2020”. Upload both the paper and the response letter as "manuscript" type.
- For submission of revised manuscript to special issue of Genes, use this link. Click on the “Submit to Special Issue” on the left to submit.
- For submission of revised manuscript to Quantitative Biology, use this link but add a statement ""this manuscript is submitted via ICIBM 2020" in a cover letter.
---Update May 27, 2020---
We have been closely monitoring and assessing the COVID-19 pandemic situation. After very careful evaluation and discussions, the conference organizers decided to have the ICIBM 2020 as a virtual conference. All the registration will be free. We plan to select a list of accepted papers to present via online format. Specific details including the registration will be posted online soon.
In addition, we plan to have ICIBM 2021 to be the same place and almost the same dates: August 8-10, 2021 at Philadelphia, USA. Thank you for your support and understanding!

In light of broad research interest in fighting COVID-19, we have created a special workshop or session on “Intelligent Medicine for COVID-19 (IM-COVID-19)”. We are now soliciting papers in this topic, including original manuscripts, preprints, or published work (The authors need to specify in submission).
We extended the submission deadline by two weeks – the extended submission deadline is April 15.
